Why are so many of us feeling, unsatisfied or unfulfilled, our calendars are full, our tires are spinning but are hearts a missing a vital piece of the puzzle. Michel will talk about the benefits of opening your heart to the power of volunteerism, both for your personal and professional lives. Volunteering is having an enormous impact on the education system, the way we do business, and the way we run our government, see how it can have an impact on YOU!

Michel C. Tigan has worked as and Executive Director in the Nonprofit world for the past 7 years and is currently the St. Croix Valley Branch Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters she is also a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and DONA Certified Birth Doula. Michel has invested her life in the power of volunteering and because of it became a nonprofit Executive Director at the age of twenty-six. “Volunteering is at the heart of Leadership, those that volunteer are the individuals we look to hire, they possess the skills we want on our resumes and they are the people we are honored to call our friends.”.
