As a coach, speaker and facilitator, Susan's goal is always to help her clients bridge the gap between current and desired personal and professional success, so they can claim the life they want to have. Susan brings 10+ years experience in organizational & leadership development, human relations, recruiting, training and change management gained as an internal consultant and human resources professional. She is an adjunct instructor in the Organizational Leadership program at St. Mary's University (Minneapolis Campus), and a volunteer in the Career Services area at WomenVenture in St. Paul, MN.
