Brenda J Carlson co-owns a coaching firm called The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES). Her background as an entrepreneur, an educator and a leader strongly compliments her coaching practice mission “to contribute to America’s local and national economy by developing new business owners who create new jobs.” In addition to helping people find self-employment opportunities, her firm also provides coaching to businesses and work teams to maximize strengths for success and discover what to do about challenges.

Brenda has thirty years experience developing people of all ages through teaching, training and coaching. She has taught K-12 as well as at the college level and has traveled around the country training adult learners. More recently she provided career coaching and training to job-seekers.
